My approach to therapy is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space that feels meaningful and engaging. I believe in drawing on your internal strengths and values to access the built-in resources needed to make changes.

With over 10 years of experience working with children, I have developed a practice of supporting parents and teaching them strategies for tuning into their child’s needs. I focus on helping parents acknowledge and expand on their strengths, connect positively with their children, and feel empowered. In utilizing the parent-child relationship as the catalyst for change, children learn to adjust, handle conflict, make sense of their thoughts and emotions, and feel good about who they are. I am devoted not only to helping parents survive difficult parenting moments, but also supporting them in a way that lets their children grow and learn new ways of dealing with uncomfortable emotions. I have my certification in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based treatment for children (2-7) experiencing big outward displays of emotion - often referred to as “behavior problems”. We work on co-regulation and responding in-the-moment to meet the child's needs. Learn more
I am also a SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood emotions) provider, offering parents supportive strategies for increasing their child's independence and confidence. Learn more
Given the enormous shift that occurs when entering parenthood, I am passionate about supporting those who are adjusting to this change. Learn more
