Red Tree Counseling is an out-of-network provider. Therapists provide their clients with a clinical superbill each month including diagnostic and procedural codes for families to submit to their insurance. 

I recommend contacting your insurance company to inquire about out-of-network benefits and expected reimbursement. In some cases, you can submit a request for out of network coverage for a a specific type of therapy and that may qualify you for reimbursement. Red Tree Counseling clients or parents of clients assume the responsibility of submitting invoices upon receipt from their therapist.
